Why Was I Charged For Time in a Free Area?

Some online areas are designated as "free," meaning you are not charged for the time you spend in the area. Free areas affect members on the Best Value Pricing Plan or other hourly plans.  Members on those billing plans will be alerted each time they enter and exit a free area. The time you spend in free areas, such as Accounts & Billing at Keyword: BILLING, is not charged.
