What if I choose a Screen Name belonging to someone else?
If the Screen Name you choose is already being used by someone else or it is restricted, you'll be prompted to choose another name. You will not be able to use a name someone else has registered, even if that person's account is no longer active. However, inactive account names are released for re-use after 6 months.
