 If you select this plan, it becomes effective on your next billing cycle date.  This means you can enjoy CompuServe without hourly fees as early as the beginning of your next billing cycle.  Premium services carry additional charges.  Your billing cycle date will remain the same as it is now and we will charge your account the $19.95 monthly fee along with any previous charges that you may have accumulated during your current billing cycle.
