If you've been granted Power of Attorney over someone and need to assume ownership of their account, there are two ways to do so.

With their account password and security answer

If you already know the primary Username, password and security answer for the person’s account, switching ownership is easy.

1. Visit My Account.

2. Enter the primary Username and password.

3. If prompted, answer your Account Security Question and click Continue.

4. Follow the directions listed under Update Contact Information.

Note: Also, be sure to update Billing and Payment Information which can be found on the Contact Information screen.

5. Once you update Payment Information, account ownership will automatically transfer to the person whose name is now on the credit card provided.

If you don't know the password and security answer
