How do I update my contact information?

Whenever there's a change in your contact information, make sure to update your account so there's no interruption in your AOL service.

Update your account

1. Go to My Account and sign in with your primary Username and password.

2. Click My Profile | Update Profile.

3. Click Update Contact Information.

4. Enter the information that you need to update in the respective fields by clicking Edit. Fields with an asterisk (*) are required.
