In the unfortunate event of a death of the billing contact for an account, ownership may be able to be transferred to another Username already listed under the account.

The billing contact's name appears on the credit card used for the account. You can change the payment information online through My Account if you have the deceased primary Username and Password. If you don't know this information, please contact one of our Member Services Representatives at 1-800-848-8990.
