You can make multiple price plan change requests throughout your monthly billing cycle if you decide a different plan would better suit your needs. However, any change made to your price plan will not become effective until your next monthly billing date.

Communication surcharges may still apply and will be charged monthly along with any premium services charges or purchases made and added to your CompuServe bill.

1. Sign in to MyAccount.

2. Click My Services| Subscriptions.

3. Click Manage on the account you'd like to change.

4. Click Change Plan.

5. Click Select Plan next to your preferred price plan.

Note: In order to provide you with the greatest flexibility we will accept change requests up to 72 hours prior to your monthly billing date.
