How Do I Correct Billing Problems?

To determine if your bill is correct, please review the Detailed Billing Summary (see below for viewing instructions) of your time spent online. If you believe you've been incorrectly billed, you can call Member Services at 1-800-848-8990.  If you are unsure about costs related to using premium CompuServe services, please check the terms governing usage for your premium area of interest.

How To Display a Detailed Billing Summary:

1. Go to Keyword: Billing. The Accounts & Billing screen appears.
2. Click on "Display Your Billing Detail".
3. Click on either "Current Month's Bill" or "Last Month's Bill".
