Change Your Billing Information

Have you recently moved? Gotten married? Changed your phone number? Received a new credit card after your old one expired? Outdated information on your CompuServe account may cause service interruptions. Avoid these unexpected interruptions by keeping your CompuServe account information up to date!

It's easy. Just take a moment to review and make necessary changes to each of the following:

Address and Telephone Number:  In case we need to contact you about your account, please ensure we have your current address and telephone number. To quickly notify us of any changes, just click on "Update Your Billing Address".

Credit Card Information:  You can prevent the possible interruption of your service by ensuring we have accurate billing information, including expiration date.  Please update your credit card information at "Change Your Billing Method".

Checking Account Information: Be certain your bank's routing number and your account number are current and accurate.  Or, you can easily switch your billing method to a credit card account if you prefer to avoid the $5 surcharge.  Update your checking account information or change to credit card now by clicking on "Change Your Billing Method".
